Glittering Elements - Jelly Baby
Our fifth auction lot comes from Glittering Elements, this is Jelly Baby
Jelly Baby has neon pink and periwinkle blue micro glitters and has a holo shimmer but it's not to evident in the pic. It's either, one coat over a base or 2-3 coats alone.
